30 Days of Fucked Up
ROMANCE πβ¨

Let me start this by saying, this is probably fucked up and maybe not what your therapist would recommend, so it's probably also a good time to remind everyone, and myself cough cough , that I am Not Your Therapist... So kindly, eat my shorts, but also prepare for what is probably going to be one of the most relieving, post- break- up exercises you've done (with yours truly on Instagram & Tik Tok @NYT.BLG) ... right next to gorging down chocolate and watching The Real Housewives. Though, kudos if you do this in conjunction with that.
Before I get to the magic, it's probably fair that I update everyone, given that I've been so shit at blogging away all the whimsical details of my life. Not to worry though, I won't spoil it all ;)
Remember that last post where I confessed about being formally betrothed and happily wed all within six months (and gave no details jeje) ... welp... that ended just about as fast as it started. Shocker.

After roughly 40 days of sulking and going through what has been the most painful, confusing, and just fucking bonkers, breakup of my life up until the age of 24... HA I just realized I'm actually getting divorced at the age of 24... WHACK. But also, wow, she really out here living and experiencing. Slay. Anywho, time, combined with one of the best therapy lessons given by a friend at 4 AM on a Sunday, I'm finally ready to open up to you, the internet, and hopefully a cool alien or two π.
So here it goes.
30 Days of Fucked Up is 30 days where you write down one thing that they did or said to you that was just fucked.
*Points to anyone who is counting the amount of times I say "fuck" in this blog.
If you're anything like me, you could spend endless hours self loathing and coming up with a million reasons why everything is your fault. And likely, it's no different when it comes to your relationships. They tell you they're broken and sit there like a dildo screaming "WELL I'M BOB THE BUILDER". But as the saying eloquently goes, it takes a bitch to know a bitch. And on a more real note, and like my wise friend said me on Sunday at 4 AM, you need to just hate them for some time before you can go back and own what is yours and reject what is not. Thinking about what could have or should have been after things have irreversibly gone tits- up is about as pointless and stupid as believing you could fix them in the first place.
So here it is. A printable PDF so you can do just that. There is a reason outside of just you, as to why the relationship didn't work out. You might not see it now, but I'm hoping it will be clearer to you by day 30. You might be surprised to see just how much you put up with.
So cheers to breakups. May they be the fire that reignites our path.
Always,
Not Your Therapist
